"Busy Month in October"
Several Club members attended the "Ozark MOPAR Club's" car show in Fayetteville on October 6th. Following the show members stopped in at the Wheaton Street Machines Cruise In on their way home . They close Main Street down for the cruise-in and burnouts , wild! There was a great turnout for our Fall Cruise on October 14th., 17 cars along with 30 people attended. Members cruised form Aurora to "Big M Boat Dock" on Table Rock Lake where we ate at the "Dock and Eat" restaurant. Thanks to Randy and Jenny for their organization.
The Maple Leaf Festival and Car Show was held in Carthage on October 20th. Approximate 80,000 people enjoyed the festivities with over 500 vehicles attending the car show held in the Vietnamese Park. Although being really windy and dusty the park was a pretty place for a show, with our club being well represented by at least 14 vehicles attending. After a quick meal at the Golden Coral some drove over to Joplin for a cruise in at "Mac's Convince Store" for a few hours. Hope everyone made it home OK.
